Living in Columbia for the past 30 years, Joan is currently a licensed Realtor and a member of the Columbia Board of Realtors. Her previous experience includes managing a Walmart and owning her own furniture store, both of which contribute to her current success as a Sales Consultant at Girard Homes. She loves getting to meet new people and interact with Clients looking for their dream home. The best part is the excitement when she helps clients find the right neighborhood, the right floor plan, and the right design for their new home! When she is not busy at one of our model homes, you can find her playing golf, reading, and spending time with her husband John of 29 years, her 2 wonderful step-daughters, and 5 beautiful grandkids.
